In addition, we realize that solid, durable packaging and on-time delivery are important ingredients to our customer dealers’ ultimate success. That’s why we utilize our own vehicles for short run deliveries and only national freight carriers who share our commitment to superior customer service for longer distance deliveries. We are committed to working with our dealers on all their important shipping issues.
We know that having knowledgeable, courteous, attentive sales and customer service staff is also essential in providing the total superior customer service experience. That’s why we provide ongoing training to our sales staff, constantly updating them on our processes, technology and services. Our customer service department has been expanded and relocated to a new office facility with direct line of sight to our manufacturing and warehousing facilities, enabling our staff to answer questions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
By creating some unique software solutions we have helped our dealers improve their everyday operations, efficiency and profitability. We created a group of tools we call AZON Technology including our on-line media catalog which allows our dealers to view our product catalog with both list and net pricing, place orders on the web, review order history and shipping status. This on-line catalog is available to our dealers to use on their own web sites with unique customization and media orders going directly to the dealer. Our Repro Order Form & Pick-Up Utility is a proven file transfer utility used by our dealers to reliably receive files from customers and process pick-up requests for customer hard copy drawings.
